- Healthcare Setting: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- End Date: October 25, 2025
- Assignment Duration: 6 weeks
- Hours: 36 per week (Full Time; part time considered)
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:45 PM 7:15 AM), every other weekend required
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1130 - $1210
- EMR Access: Provided
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living
- Ability to work night shifts and alternate weekends
- Current vaccinations and health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, 2-Step PPD or IGRA, Physical/Health Statement)
- Successful completion of competency assessments and background checks
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor, assess, and document resident health status using EMR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, supportive environment
- Participate in care planning and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
