We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Independent Handyman to become part of our team and act as a representative of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.Job Description:
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial/residential building
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
- Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
- Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
- Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
- MUST HAVE transportation and tools
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and equipment
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Mechanical aptitude
