- Provides support to assist the Director in meeting goals of BHMC and System; participates in hospital-wide development of patient care programs, policies and procedures related to nursing care needs of patients. Assists in developing and implementing plans to provide nursing care. Responsible and accountable for leadership and management for clinical practice and resources of the nursing department on a 24 hour basis.
