The Assistant Project Manager will assist with onsite management of site contractors from initial site construction thru bond release of residential land projects throughout Virginia and Maryland.The Assistant Project Manager will assist Director of Development with construction quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates, schedules, management and execution of contracts/contractors, project permitting, coordination with local utility companies, communication with local governing jurisdictions and management of HOA’s.The Assistant Project Manager must be self-motivated individual. Much of the time will be spent in the field coordinating construction work.
