This Project/Program Manager leads the coordination and execution of multiple concurrent programs, managing timelines, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, and production. A strong technical background and effective communication skills are essential to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.This Project/Program Manager will report into the Director of Engineering and will:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs.
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing and procurement coordination.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to align project goals.
Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
Facilitate regular status updates and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes

Strong communication and organizational skills
Engineering or technical background (not necessarily in rubber/plastics, though that's a plus)

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-mix, custom manufacturing environment
