Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, strong architecture skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or other modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide guidance on best practices, ServiceNow standards, and platform optimization.
- Oversee ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Conduct solution reviews, system audits, and identify areas for process and technical improvements.
- Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and other technical team members.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specs, and configuration guides.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or Security Operations.
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflow design, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Application Developer certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
