We have full-time and part-time home care and health care facility assignments available that may be just right for you.Facility Name and Address: 1890 SR 436, suite 355, Winter Park, FL 32792Purpose:Provides effective and efficient patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, applicable law and regulation, accepted standards of nursing practice, payer requirements and Interim Healthcare policies and procedures.Essential Duties:
  • Assists, performs, and trains patients/clients and their families in activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, elimination, and maintaining adequate nutritional intake.
  • Promotes a safe environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways while providing care.
  • Supports patient mobility by assisting with ambulation, transfers, and/or range of motion exercises.
  • Assists with incidental ADLs such as shopping, meal preparation, social activities, homemaking, and maintaining a clean and safe living space.
  • Provides medication reminders to ensure timely and correct administration.
  • Follows infection prevention and control measures, including universal precautions, proper hand hygiene, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Adheres to the assignment sheet/service plan, performing only tasks that are specifically assigned.
  • Identifies, reports, and documents changes in patient/client conditions and safety to the supervisor in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Documents observations, activities, and services provided promptly and accurately.
  • Maintains professional standards by organizing tasks effectively, completing mandatory in-services, and participating in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs and emergency preparedness initiatives.
Required Qualification:
  • Must have a 75 Hour Home Health Aide Certificate / CNA - Valid Florida CNA License.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a Valid CPR Certification.
  • Must Pass a Drug Screening.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must have Valid Auto Insurance.
