Independently manage complex customer accounts, while proactively anticipating & actioning issues with the customer with strong responsiveness. Exemplifies problem solving ability & demonstrates ability to work across various functional departments within Hexcel.
Develop and maintain positive internal relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure Customer Service department needs, including customer requests, are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze data on customer needs, buying habits, and trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Identify training requirements, skillset gaps, areas of improvement within the customer service team, and overall customer experience, implementing solutions, while collaborating with Manager- developing, delivering & maintaining training materials.
Responsible for conducting DCA reviews, Coaching/Mentoring- providing feedback to team members, including handling new-hire training. Seeks out additional work, to assist team, if own accounts are current.
Support Team Manager by providing employee feedback for development and continuous improvement.
Responsible for communicating (both written and orally) at all levels of the organization and with customers in a professional, clear, yet easy to understand, manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years training development, & coaching experience.
Proficient in the use of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in use of ERP systems preferred.
