Req ID: 26241​​Job ResponsibilitiesThis is a NIGHT SHIFT PositionResponsible for operating and maintaining assigned Machine to produce high-quality machined parts according to specifications. This role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.- Set up assigned Machines according to job specifications and blueprints.- Operate Machines to perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping.- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within tolerance and meet quality standards.- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.- Experience operating in a manufacturing environment.- Experience with Mazatrol or Mazak Smooth G controller is a must.- Must be experienced with setting up and qualifying weldments.- Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.- Commitment to safety and quality.Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
