- Analyze technical capabilities of current Group Audit system vs. proprietary tool
- Define architectural updates to enable scalability, modularity, and AI integration
- Design APIs, data flows, and modular components to support future enhancements
- Plan how to embed AI models into workflow (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, anomaly detection, intelligent routing)
- Ensure interoperability with existing audit platforms and compliance with firm standards
- Support integration of new features without disrupting current engagement processes
