Pay: Starting at $20/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our maintenance team at our quarry site in Chico, TX. This role combines administrative support with hands-on coordination to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment service schedules.Support the maintenance team with clerical tasks including work order processing and data entry.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.Assist in tracking compliance with safety and operational procedures.Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.Provide backup support to the Plant Administrator in key HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and general employee assistance.QualificationsStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with maintenance management systems a plus.Effective communication skills with the ability to work across teams.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.Work EnvironmentIndustrial quarry site environment.Regular interaction with maintenance personnel, equipment, and administrative systems.Strict adherence to safety gear and protocols.Physical DemandsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in both office and industrial settings.Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and handling tools or parts.Visual acuity for reading documents, operating computer systems, and inspecting equipment.Ability to tolerate outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply online at or call us at 940-626-4488 for more information.
