Plumbing Foreman/Journeyman Plumber (Temporary)

- Lead or support plumbing teams in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve field issues.
- Ensure all installations comply with federal, state, and local codes, with particular attention to federal compliance standards.
- Support project close-out activities, including inspections, testing, and punch-list completion.
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety in alignment with company and federal guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to on-site team members.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years of plumbing experience on commercial projects.
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working on U.S. military or government construction projects strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Work performed indoors and outdoors, often exposed to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, moisture, and wind.
- Regularly required to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and work in confined or awkward positions for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50–100 pounds.
- Competitive hourly wage based on skills and experience, plus per diem.
- Overtime may be required based on project deadlines.
- Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screen, and be eligible for base access.
