- Outside of Work: She loves to go to the beach and spend time with her brothers. Megan played softball as an NCAA athlete at Tennessee State University and still loves coaching girls softball and giving back to youth in the community.
- Experience: He has been in real estate for 10+ years and leadership for 20+ years. Prior to Mark Spain, worked at LGI homes for 7 years.
- Outside of Work: Loves to stay active and spend time with family. He cherishes going to his kids' sports events. Married for 27 years and was a professional baseball player in his past life. He continues to live into his love for sports by coaching his kids in softball and baseball.
