
Sr. Information Systems Training Specialist

- Coordinate, design, and deliver computer-related training programs for end users.
- Analyze training and media requirements, developing tailored instructional objectives, test methods, and learning strategies.
- Create instructionally valid training materials, including computer-based training (CBT), web-based training (WBT), and electronic performance support systems.
- Develop flow diagrams, storyboards, and lesson plans across multiple delivery formats.
- Ensure technical accuracy of instructional content through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT teams.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect new system functionalities and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and support organizational communications around new IT systems or upgrades.
- Provide standards, guidance, and best practices for IT-related training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to ensure productivity and adoption of IT systems.
- Lead or supervise training staff as needed and act as a technical expert across multiple projects.
- US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or we can sponsor your Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT training development and delivery (certifications or equivalent experience may substitute).
- Strong understanding of computer functions, IT systems, and technical terminology in business contexts.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to design instructionally sound training across multiple delivery platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale IT training initiatives in government or enterprise environments.
- Experience with RoboHelp for creating structured help and training documentation.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate for developing interactive e-learning modules and simulations.
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and performance support system
