In collaboration with the Program Management Consultant (PMC), the selected candidate will oversee all aspects of the construction process for this design-build capital program, which includes four borough-based facilities valued at $16 billion. The Program Executive will lead project management efforts across the portfolio and coordinate with the PMC, BBJ Senior and Project Executives, design-build contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures. The role includes directing multiple construction project executives to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and alignment with program goals; promoting clear communication; overseeing staff performance evaluations; and serving as a liaison between senior leadership and supervisory staff. The Program Executive will also implement a tiered management structure to establish clear accountability and oversight across all teams.Authorization to work in the United States is required for this position.
