Review staffing levels to maintain operational effectiveness
Controlling cards and equipment
Responsible for the supervision and performance of the poker dealers
Development of staff, evaluating, hiring and training
Assists Poker Floor Supervisor/Greeter with monitoring with reviewing and managing the department’s promotions and tournaments
Review poker room activities and promotional status with Director of Poker
Assists Poker Floor Supervisor/Greeter with monitoring and adjusting performance to local competition
Excellent customer service
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
Other duties as assigned

Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time
Basic computer skills
Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Poker Room operations
Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel

Willingness to assume responsibility relative to the performance of the table games
Obtainment of departmental budget and goals
Effective managing of the staff
Accuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork, and reports
Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations
QualificationsMust-Haves:
One (1) to two (2) years’ experience as a poker dealer or poker floor supervisor with a four (4) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
Technical school education in dealing specified games
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to carry a tray.
High volume, 24, hour liquor and beverage service.
