Supportive and Professional Field LeadershipOpen Positions and Technical Requirements:
Level I Structured Cabling Technician
6 months to 2 years of experience in commercial structured cabling
Familiar with EIA/TIA standards
Identify, pull, and label Cat 5e, Cat 6, and fiber optic cables
Install J-hooks, bridle rings, cable tray, ladder rack
Terminate workstation outlets (110 style and modular jacks)
Exposure to MDF/IDF dressing and test equipment a plus
Level II Structured Cabling Technician
2 to 4 years of experience
Proficient in cable pulling and support structure installation
Terminate patch panels, 66/110 blocks, and fiber (if experienced)
Able to read blueprints and determine cable paths
Experience with copper and fiber termination/testing
Can lead small teams of 3 7 technicians on job sites
Level III Structured Cabling Technician
5+ years of experience with advanced installation practices
Lead and manage crews of up to 30 installers
Experience with bidding, site surveys, layout planning, and project management
High-level copper and fiber testing/documentation skills
Manufacturer certifications (Leviton, Panduit, Ortronics, etc.) preferred
BICSI certification (Installer II or Technician) a strong plusIdeal Candidate Profile:
Strong safety record and work ethic
Knowledge of tools, cabling best practices, and color codes
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
