- Ph.D. degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related discipline with no more than 3 years of Post Doctoral experience.
- Strong scientific understanding and broad knowledge of one or more of the following fields: immunology, oncology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation in driving cutting-edge research.
- Ability to work independently to generate, analyze, and interpret data, troubleshoot, and propose alternatives for future project related activities.
- Design and conduct a variety of independent research projects.
- Ability to conduct creative and innovative research projects. Quality of data sets, analysis, and leadership.
- Number of novel methodologies developed and adopted by the research group or field
- Number of new targets identified and taken up into the portfolio
- Novel insights into disease with impact on BI strategy
