Overview:
The Logistician / Lifecycle Manager will oversee hardware and software asset management for a TS/SCI system anchored by a centralized distribution console supporting SIPR, CTX, and TS/SCI environments. This includes managing the lifecycle of enclave-specific hardware/software, maintaining accountability, and supporting sustainment planning in coordination with engineering teams and external service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain asset tracking and inventory across TS/SCI, CTX, and SIPR enclaves
- Support procurement, storage, and issuance of equipment tied to the system and enclave services
- Coordinate with vendors and providers for spare parts, software renewals, and warranty/RMA tracking
- Monitor license usage and entitlement across multi-enclave applications
- Maintain configuration baseline alignment with deployed hardware and enclave-specific dependencies
- Generate reports to support sustainment reviews, audits, and cybersecurity inspections
- Ensure property accountability, labeling, and Configuration Management compliance in accordance with DoD policy
- Assist with logistics planning for future upgrades and enclave service scaling
