- Planning, coordinating, and communicating office and space changes, employee moves, and related projects across all TURBOCAM New Hampshire locations in alignment with the stakeholder priorities and timelines.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, Gantt charts, action lists, floor plans, and expensing tracking documents; providing regular status updates and budget metrics to the department Director.
- Leading space planning and office improvement initiatives by organizing and overseeing project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications; ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across business units and with the department Director to ensure space planning projects align with operational requirements and company objectives.
- Preparing RFPs, gathering competitive quotes, and managing vendor selection for furniture, supplies, and facility-related services.
- Placing timely, cost-effective orders for office, furniture, safety, and non-production supplies through the internal purchasing process, ensuring adherence to established budgets and deadlines set by the department Director and other budget owners.
- Collaborating with the Office Services team to maintain accurate inventory of office and safety supplies.
- Partnering with vendors to ensure high-quality goods, competitive pricing, and reliable service; routinely evaluating supplier performance and negotiate improvements.
- Managing product returns and expediting deliveries to ensure timely availability of goods and services.
- Coordinating with suppliers regarding late deliveries and proactively communicating delays to internal stakeholders.
- Supporting purchasing colleagues and providing coverage as needed across the procurement function.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of general administrative experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills required.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Visio experience preferred; Epicor experience a plus.
- General accounting ability; able to work within budget guidelines required.
