
Equipment Coordinator (Heavy Civil Construction)

- Responsible for the strict adherence to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program
- Schedule, track and log equipment moves to and from the projects
- Monthly equipment billing to the project
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the company equipment fleet
- Manage the company lease plan; including vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance
- Manage equipment inspections to conform with environmental compliance policies
- Oversee the fleet’s Fast track account
- Department specific purchasing duties
- Secure oversize permits
- Assist with documentation of outside rentals
- D.O.T. Compliance
- Run MVR’s
- Parts orders
- Receive and track orders for rental equipment
- Open/close work orders
- Help review DVI’s
- Track and schedule upcoming PM’s
- Track oil sample reports
- Issue fuel PIN’s
- Create utilization reports
- Order fuel
- Track fuel dispensing
- Green Policy reporting
- CARB compliance
- Review timecards
- AP/Code invoices
- Equipment forecasting
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Technical or vocational training is preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry or warehouse setting is a plus
