- Clean housing, restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other communal areas.
- Inspect the facilities and grounds; ensure all areas are clean.
- Timely response to housing requests with the ability to take appropriate action.
- Coordinate and distribute the linen and room supplies.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR required to drive the company vehicle.
- Support the team member's transportation shuttle service when required
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment, and manage workload.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate the company vehicle in inclement weather and transport team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Constant standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing stairs, grasping, and repetitive motions.
- Exposure to outdoors and variable temperatures, including seasonal extremes of hot and cold.
- Exposure to chemicals to clean and sanitize housing areas, common rooms, and equipment.
