This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing company-hosted events, community gatherings, and promotional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable, seamless events.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate logistics for company events, from concept to executionManage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgetsCollaborate with internal teams to align event goals with company objectivesCoordinate setup, breakdown, and on-site event supportEnsure compliance with safety, permitting, and venue regulationsMonitor event performance, gather feedback, and provide post-event reportsMaintain detailed timelines and event documentationAnticipate event-related needs and troubleshoot issues as they ariseQualificationsQualificationsProven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role (2+ years preferred)Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneouslyKnowledge of vendor negotiation and event budgetingAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when neededBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredAdditional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary: $58,000 – $62,000 per yearOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCollaborative and supportive work environmentHands-on experience with high-impact community and corporate eventsSkill development across event planning, budgeting, and executionFull-time position with standard weekday schedule
