- Managing logistics such as venue setup, coordinating routines, and scheduling.
- Contributing to the creation and curation of social media content related to the cheerleading team's activities and achievements.
- Participating in managing social media accounts, engaging with fans, and responding to comments.
- Participating in video production, editing, and post-production for highlight reels and promotional videos showcasing the team's performances.
- Analyzing cheerleading routines, team dynamics, and individual performances to provide insights to coaches and team members.
- Participating in using analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engaging with the cheerleading community through forums, social media groups, and other platforms.
- Contributing to promoting a positive team culture and supporting team members.
- Collaborating on creating graphics, banners, logos, and other visual assets for the team's branding and promotional materials.
- Participating in uniform designs and other spirit-related items.
- Assisting teammates with travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics during competitions and events.
- Providing encouragement and support to team members, fostering a cohesive and positive team environment.
- Participating in outreach to potential sponsors and partners.
- Contributing to creating sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations.
- Contributing to researching cheerleading trends, competitive teams, and industry-related topics.
- Collaborating with coaches and teammates to develop innovative routines and strategies.
- Participating in maintaining cheerleading equipment, uniforms, and accessories.
- Ensuring that all team members have the necessary attire and gear for performances.
- Assisting in managing schedules, coordinating practices, and communicating important information to team members.
- Contributing to budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Participating in learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge within the cheerleading domain.
- Enrolled in High School or GED
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organized student with a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Attention to work rules and deadlines
