The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital polices, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.Come join our 35 bed Med/Surgical unit, we are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team who provides high quality, compassionate care to complex surgical and medical patients. Our Med/Surgical unit is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced nurses to provide direct nursing care to our patients that can include, but not limited to general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, ENT and plastics as well as general medical patients.At UnityPoint Health, you matter. Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Will consider other nursing degrees on an individual basis.
  • Previous patient care experience (may be as a student in a clinical setting).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin Current
  • CPR certification or eligible to complete within 3 months of hire
