Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout the OpportunityDean's Professional Services is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager II to lead high-impact initiatives for a major healthcare partner in Nashville. This role is perfect for a proven project leader who thrives in complex environments and is ready to deliver results that directly influence organizational success.You will oversee medium-to-large scale projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes from planning to implementation-all while working in a collaborative and hybrid setting.What You'll DoLead multiple large-scale projects with direct organizational impact.Act as the primary point of accountability for scope, budget, and timelines.Develop and manage project plans, charters, and progress reports.Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project staff.Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver measurable results.What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).Experience:5+ years managing complex projects to successful completion.2+ years leadership or management experience (healthcare industry preferred).Background in healthcare operations, finance, supply chain, or systems a plus.HCA Healthcare, Parallon, or HealthTrust experience highly desirable.Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and collaboration tools.
