Our intelligent, hardworking team of people do the impossible every single day, yet remain incredibly kind, humble, and always ready to support one another.We're looking for a Robotics Demo Engineer to join our Product team and play a critical role in bringing our cutting-edge robotic solutions to life for prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders. In this hybrid engineering and customer-facing role, you'll work hands-on with our robotic cells, especially leveraging the newest R&D features, to create compelling, high-impact product demonstrations that showcase the future of automation. You will serve as a bridge between Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing-using your technical expertise and communication skills to make our robots shine in real-world applications.What You'll Do
  • Operate and optimize robotic demo cells for live customer demonstrations, trade shows, executive briefings, and recorded materials.
  • Integrate and test new product features to ensure they're demo-ready, partnering closely with the Engineering teams.
  • Customize demos to highlight customer-specific use cases, working alongside the Sales and Product teams.
  • Support demo logistics, including setup, teardown, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain documentation on demo setups, feature configurations, and demo scripts.
  • Gather feedback during and after demos to inform product roadmap decisions and improve demo effectiveness.
  • Act as a technical expert during customer interactions, helping explain complex functionality in simple, clear terms.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field-or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with robotics, automation systems, or hardware-in-the-loop environments.
  • Comfort working directly with mechanical systems, sensors, and robotic programming frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills-you enjoy translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • A builder's mindset-you love tinkering, iterating, and solving new technical puzzles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with demo environments, prototyping, or customer-facing engineering roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ROS, PLCs, Python, C++, industrial robotics is a bonus.
