  • Manage product implementations and take ownership of project management including customer relationship, planning and financials.
  • Manage a team of Lead Functional and Senior Functional consultants, engineers and entire project team engaged in product implementations across multiple projects and geographies.
  • Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions that effectively address key implementation objectives within the bounds of scope, schedule and effort.
  • Manage implementations, projects and initiatives across multiple engagements.
  • Build and foster internal consulting capability within the implementation team across different domains and industries.
  • Contribute to product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.
  • Champion company policies and processes and ensure their adherence within the team.
  • Be the face for Cloudmoyo in front of the customer.
  • Facilitate, lead, engage and drive workshops, steering committees, working with “C” suite executives, and business sponsors.
  • Bring in thought leadership to deliver flawlessly, expand and build “Customers for life”
  • Assess, evaluate and strategize entire landscape, identify and seed upsell/cross sell enterprise offerings along with customer engagement manager and account managers in each of the engagement with multiple customers.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of total experience
  • Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred.
  • CLM implementation experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in managing at least 5 full life cycle enterprise application implementations with end-to-end responsibility for program/project management.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the various phases of project management including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control and closure.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of SDLC, project management and implementation methodologies and their application
  • Familiar with project planning tools such as MS Project for devising detailed project plans, project monitoring and progress tracking.
  • Must have direct client engagement experience over multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Acumen to correctly interpret trends, patterns from available data and formulate effective strategies and actions in achieving program/project objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts
Additional InformationPay Scale :The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:Annual Compensation:Base - $110 - $140KVariable – $10 – $30KOTE – $120 - $170KBenefits and perks:
