QualificationsAge of Patients Served: All Age Groups. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree. Specific course work: Physical Therapy preferred Necessary Skills: 1. Knowledge of Physical Therapy theory, procedures, practices and equipment. 2. Good communication skills. Proactive, positive approach to problem solving. 3. Thorough knowledge of possible hazards/necessary precautions/remedial measures in the treatment and care of patients. 4. Ability to assess and implement a treatment programs for simple and complex therapy diagnoses. 5. Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite. Required Licensure/Certifications: Current Florida Physical Therapy license. BLS from the American Heart Association Preferred Experience: Experience in hospital-based rehabilitation services. Preferred Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Required Experience: Less than one year clinical experience in area of job opening (e.g. Acute, outpatient, etc.)
