- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
- Maintain positive employer–employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, confidentially, and with professionalism.
- Partner with corporate HR to ensure local dealership practices follow company policies, state, and federal laws.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and local communications.
- Assist managers with posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Participate in interviews when needed to provide consistency in candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork, ensuring smooth integration into the dealership team.
- Represent the dealership professionally in the community to support recruiting efforts.
- Collect and review employee time records for payroll accuracy.
- Assist with payroll data entry and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and questions at the local level — serving as a liaison with the corporate HR team in Idaho, who oversee and manage benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Facilitate Magic customer service training and track participation.
- Reinforce corporate training initiatives at the dealership level to support consistency in customer experience.
- Partner with corporate HR to ensure group-wide messaging and communication are delivered and understood.

- Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related).
- Experience: 1–3 years minimum in HR, payroll, or benefits support; recruiting and training experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance basics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfortable training groups and supporting managers with HR-related needs.
- Ability to balance local needs while aligning with corporate guidance.
- Valid Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to our insurance company
