- Wash, dry, fold, and organize spa linens including towels, robes, sheets, blankets, and wraps.
- Monitor and operate commercial-grade washers and dryers with attention to settings and cycles for different materials.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of clean linens in treatment rooms, lockers, and relaxation areas.
- Ensure all laundry areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines for handling soiled and clean items.
- Collaborate with spa reception and management to prioritize linen needs based on the day's usage and the next day's schedule.
- Notify supervisor of any equipment malfunctions, supply needs, or laundry shortages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Assist with end-of-day tasks that prepare the spa for opening the next morning.
