The opportunityThe People Operations team's mission is to hire, engage, retain, and grow the best and brightest team at TechnologyAdvice. Each day, we work hard to support and develop the amazingly talented team we have at TechnologyAdvice.This internship will provide you a unique opportunity to work across multiple functional areas within HR and Recruitment. You'll collaborate with recruitment, administration, and learning and development teams to support and drive departmental initiatives. You'll be expected to learn quickly, share your ideas, and take ownership over your work. This internship is truly immersive - you'll dive headfirst into everything HR and Recruitment at a global, fast-growing company. This internship will provide assistance for routine administrative tasks, assist with improving the employee experience by optimizing our HRIS, ATS, and payroll system, support the administration team with events as needed, research guidance and compliance as needed, and assist with the creation of standard operating procedures.Must be available full-time from Monday, May 13th to Friday, August 9th with a graduation date no later than August 2024 preferred.What you'll do
  • Assist with administrative tasks across the HR, Administration, Recruitment, and Learning & Development Teams
  • Support the Administration team with events as needed
  • Assist with optimizing our new HRIS and payroll system
  • Research new processes, labor laws, and guidance as needed
  • Assist the HR team with filing employment forms and gathering market salary information as needed
  • Assist with recruitment support by helping with resume review, due diligence and sending documents to candidates
  • Coordinate recruitment processes as needed
  • Create FAQ guides for team members or managers as needed
  • Assist with the creation of standard operating procedures
  • Assist with responding to HR related matters
  • Process personnel forms and maintain records to ensure accurate data in the company HRIS
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be available full-time from Monday, May 13th to Friday, August 9th
  • Graduation date no later than August 2024 preferred
  • Must be able to work in our Nashville office 5 days a week
  • If approved to work some days in a remote work environment, please note that you must have a quiet and set work space that has reliable internet
