- Installing equipment at customer premises or core sites.
- Working Site Tracker projects to help with the workload.
- Dispatching or working on trouble tickets.
- Helping direct reports with physical work if needed.
- Duties that may be assigned by Manager.
- Manage and control execution of day-to-day activities in the assigned areas.
- Work with different departments to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Making sure that the network is operating at peak performance.
- Working with contractors and vendors to gather quotes and repair existing infrastructure.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to other field staff.
- Ensuring that customer or network issues are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that direct reports are completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Approving time and PTO requests for direct reports.
- Assigning projects to direct reports.
- Maintaining records.
- Knowledge of Telecom Industry standards.
- Knowledge of equipment used within the network and at customer premises.
- Experience in a supervisor or leadership role would be advantageous.
- Deadline-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to evaluate and train staff members.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Should be able to communicate in a clear manner.
