POSITION SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of production schedules and client communication from deposit to project handoff. This role is integral to maintaining an efficient workflow across departments and delivering an exceptional client experience.You'll manage calendars and spreadsheets, schedule projects and subcontractors, support permit processes, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong data management and spreadsheet experience
  • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals
  • Sound judgment, self-direction, and willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Experience using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and internal data systems
  • A valid driver's license (if driving a company vehicle)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in logistics, scheduling, or administrative coordination
  • Familiarity with construction or home performance industries
  • Spanish fluency a plus
