- Provides support of work processes and activities related to office functions and coordination with others within established procedures and practices. Provides administrative project support to the project, project team(s) and key stakeholders from origination through implementation. Identifies issues, notifies the project team, and assists with a resolution.
- Coordinates the project pipeline and assignments. Handles project information and/or potential changes in a confidential and professional manner. Responsible for a high level of customer service. Utilizes feedback to make continuous improvements.
- Produces timely and accurate project status and performance reports, plan revisions, change notices and other routine and ad hoc reports regarding a project.
- Serves as liason between contractor, sub-contractor, and Field Partners (e.g. Superintendent and Foreman) regarding approved or updated submittals, drawings and other contract documents. Manages various aspects of document control to include document archiving and imaging.
- Prepares Operations, Maintenance, and Warranty manuals and other required closeout documentation. Submits manuals and documentation to the General Contractor for approval.
- May assist with managing and creating change order logs, equipment logs, submittal logs, RFI logs and/or other project related logs.
- Other duties as required.
- 5+ yrs. of relevant experience
- High School or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
