- Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the BGA sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our product and service portfolio.
- Build relationships with OEMs, MROs, distributors, and industry partners.
- Assess performance of existing products and recommend enhancements or new offerings.
- Prepare business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure initiatives align with company goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in aviation, aerospace, or related industries, with focus on product management or market development.
- Knowledge of BGA market segments, stakeholders, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience with aircraft OEMs, MROs, or aviation suppliers.
- Technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
