Drive strategic growth for our business and general aviation portfolio, focusing on market development, product enhancement, and partnership opportunities. This role centers on building our presence in the BGA sector—including business travel, personal flights, training, agriculture, and emergency services—through research, planning, and execution of long-term strategies.What you will be responsible for:
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the BGA sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our product and service portfolio.
  • Build relationships with OEMs, MROs, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Assess performance of existing products and recommend enhancements or new offerings.
  • Prepare business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure initiatives align with company goals.
QualificationsWhat you need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in aviation, aerospace, or related industries, with focus on product management or market development.
  • Knowledge of BGA market segments, stakeholders, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with aircraft OEMs, MROs, or aviation suppliers.
  • Technical understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
