Salary Range: $75/hr to $80/nr on W2IntroductionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit engineering/design projects. The role involves overseeing the delivery of datacenter power infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with capacity roadmaps, and leading the coordination of internal and external resources.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in consulting engineering or construction of substations
- 5+ years’ experience in substation design and/or delivery
- 5 years’ experience as lead engineer, design manager or project manager of transmission or substation projects
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- Electrical Engineer / Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
- Experience in consulting engineering or construction of substations.
- Experience as a lead engineer, design manager, or project manager of transmission or substation projects.
- Experience with datacenter engineering or construction.
- Manage the facilitation and delivery of datacenter power infrastructure projects from pre-programming through design development, construction, and turnover to Operations.
- Oversee the delivery of multiple, concurrent distribution, substation, and transmission projects.
- Engage with key stakeholder groups and outside vendors specializing in datacenter architecture and engineering.
- Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings and produce weekly reports on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure safety management and quality management standards are upheld throughout project execution.
