Squirrel Hill – The Early Learning Center at YeshivaThe Early Learning Center at Yeshiva is looking for a warm, energetic, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our caring team. This is a part-time position with core hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with the option to extend until 2:00, 3:00, or 4:00 PM if desired.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range for 4 hours daily: $18,000 – $22,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Paid Time Off and paid holidaysPaid training and professional development opportunitiesShortened FridaysSmall class sizes and strong student–teacher ratiosSupportive, positive atmosphere where teachers are valuedResponsibilities:Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for toddlersCreate a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environmentSupport children’s social, emotional, and developmental growthCommunicate effectively with families and work collaboratively with colleaguesEnsure compliance with state childcare regulationsQualifications:High school diploma + 2 years relevant experience OR CDA/Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related fieldExperience working with toddlers strongly preferredMust meet Pennsylvania childcare clearance and health requirementsStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbout Us:
