- Timely arrival to issued confirmed appointments using trained and approved sales and design methods with the goal of earning a contract at the conclusion of the sales presentation.
- Thorough understanding and effective execution of sales methods and policies resulting in timely documentation of appointment results, accurate sales paperwork (both digital and paper) and communication with Sales Management.
- Proper management of all legal documents and customer deposits, including delivery to the office in a timely manner.
- Maintain all aspects of contact with potential customers as established in Company Guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, personal appearance, sales tools, and automobiles. The KOHLER name and brand is associated with excellence and all associates are responsible for maintaining the reputation of KOHLER.
- Utilize all training resources and participate in regular coaching to meet or exceed agreed upon sales plan.
- Commitment to excellence in all aspects will be rewarded through an uncapped compensation package.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
- In home sales experience is a plus.
