- Answer incoming calls/emails from potential &/or existing customers looking for new or upgraded Wisper services
- Make outbound calls to potential leads &/or existing customers
- Stay current with Wisper's product & service information & updates
- Explain, educate & demonstrate features of products & services to find the right solution for the customer
- Upsell Wisper products & services
- Stay informed about competing products & services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Other duties as directed
- Strong drive to close sales & achieve goals
- Communicate effectively via phone, email & message systems
- Telecom or relatable industry experience preferred
- Effectively explain service offerings
- Demonstrate personal accountability; be punctual for appointments & meetings
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office & similar software packages
- Be a team player with a collaborative & positive attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Fluent in Spanish
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong listening skills
- 1+ year of phone-based sales experience
- Fast-paced environment with multiple changes to schedules & fluctuating priorities
- Work is performed primarily inside an office at a desk
