- Quickly moving prospects throughout the sales process by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Recruiting and hiring for your sales team.
- Completing training for all new hires and continuous training for your sales team.
- Providing coaching and accountability to the team as necessary.
- Engaging in one-on-one reviews with team members to maximize performance.
- Strategizing new training methods to be implemented within the agency.
- Collecting and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques.
- 18 years or older
- Background Check
- Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
- Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service or benefits experience is a plus
- Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences)
