
Regional Sales Manager

- Conduct weekly one-on-one debriefs with all Account Executives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales activity performance
- Conduct 2-3 field rides per week with Account Executives to coach, develop and improve sales skills
- Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Conduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performance
- Using Sales KPI's, ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals and debrief in detail with Account Executives weekly
- Set a strong example for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
- Annually, develop a Regional Sales and Marketing Plan that supports NAPC's Corporate Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account management
- Develop and support Account Executives quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to ensure performance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
- Preferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity
- Proven history developing sales colleagues
- Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience
- Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Available to travel as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- Valid driver's license/clean driving record
