- Analyzes business trends and risks/opportunities to develop key insight reporting for executive management with recommended action plans.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and board reporting materials that distill complex financial data into clear, strategic insights.
- Oversee forecasting of all financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, incorporating constant currency and inflation impact analysis.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and consolidated risk and opportunity frameworks.
- Guide and support FP&A and CFO organization teams by delivering clear structure and governance over planning directions, financial frameworks, and standardized reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support scalable business growth.
- Manage month-end close process, including executive reporting packages, and cross-functional support for 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional CFO projects with financial thought leadership and execution rigor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, or corporate finance; prior leadership experience required.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting within a complex business environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional finance teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
