Sell new and used Powersports equipment and accessories. Work with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities are outlined below.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Represents the company for the sale of products to customers
-Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products offered for sale
-Must be able to operate all equipment that is offered for sale by the dealership
-Maintains all customer information for sales management, monitoring trends in customer business activity
-Knows and follows a defined sales process
-Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
-Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
-Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
-Possess current knowledge of used equipment values to evaluate properly for trading purposesPosition Qualifications
-2+ years of equipment sales experience (preferably within the Powersports industry)
-Knowledge of Powersports products required
-Passion for Powersports products and activities
-Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive
-Ability to work flexible hours
-Excellent customer relationship skills
-Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
-High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
-Must have or be willing to obtain a motorcycle license within 30 days of beginning employment
