- Lead & Inspire: Train and mentor team members on techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety policies, and maintain proper documentation of safety protocols and training.
- Deliver Top-Tier Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the water restoration and carpet cleaning departments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Manage and schedule teams for efficient execution of water restoration, carpet cleaning, and related services.
- Hands-On Impact: Perform field work as necessary, assisting teams with restoration and carpet cleaning jobs to maintain quality, provide leadership, and ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation and Inventory Management: Oversee reporting and documentation for all restoration projects, including detailed and accurate work orders, client records, and billing information. Maintain and track inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring all resources are readily available and maintained in good working order.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water restoration.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, handling multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in using project management/estimating software, such as Xactimate, CRM systems, and scheduling tools.
- Preferred Certifications:
- IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) with specialties in:
- WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
- CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician)
- AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician)
- OSHA 30 Certification.
