Our client, a leading full-service restoration company specializing in construction, remediation, and cleaning for both commercial and residential clients, is seeking an experienced Lead Technician.This role is critical in leading and directing a team of technicians through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Whether as a Lead Tech 3 overseeing a team of 8-10 or a Lead Tech 2 managing 3-5 team members, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service in the areas of fire, smoke and water damage, environmental remediation, electronics recovery, demolition, and reconstruction.Lead Technician Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8-10 technicians (Lead Tech 3) or 3-5 technicians (Lead Tech 2) through full-service restoration projects.
  • Oversee and direct the team's performance, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor, train, and equip team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Interface with branch, operations, and project managers, as well as project coordinators, to ensure your team is fully prepared and equipped for each project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high standard of integrity and service throughout all operations.
  • Provide full-service emergency help to commercial and residential customers in situations of fire, smoke and water damage, and other disaster-related scenarios.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the remediation/restoration industry, with a deep understanding of the solutions, safety compliance, and hazards for each situation and circumstance.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
