Lincoln Electric is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. This position involves painting CNC machines and supporting general shop operations. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities
  • Apply protective coatings using brush, roller, or spray methods to machinery, equipment, and structures
  • Prepare surfaces and apply finishes following safety and quality standards
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of various paints, solvents, and application techniques
  • Assist with general shop duties including crating, assembly, and other tasks as needed
  • Interpret and execute verbal instructions to complete painting and shop assignments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as required
  • Support other departments and adapt to changing workloads as necessary

  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
  • Good organizational skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to install walls or partitions prior to painting
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in industrial painting or related field
  • Familiarity with surface preparation and coating application processes
  • Experience as a rigger or in general shop work
