
Senior Director of Sales Operations, Learning & Development

- Build, lead, and scale comprehensive onboarding and training programs for all sales roles, including Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Sales Managers.
- Develop role-specific learning modules covering product knowledge, sales methodology, technical fluency, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure demo environment readiness and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales content and collateral.
- Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development programs to accelerate ramp times, improve quota attainment, and drive deal velocity.
- Conduct win/loss analyses, review calls and demos, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Track and report on training participation, certification rates, demo performance, and enablement ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships to align sales enablement with business objectives and product strategy.
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, product training, or technical education in high-growth B2B SaaS, preferably in healthtech.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical topics (RCM, EHR, AI) into engaging and actionable sales narratives.
- Expertise in instructional design, content creation, and delivery across virtual, in-person, and asynchronous platforms.
- Experience ramping non-traditional sellers and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, WorkRamp, Avoma (or similar recording/QA tools), and Sales Navigator.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with proven leadership and team-building experience.
- Bias for action and results-oriented, with experience measuring enablement impact and iterating programs based on data.
- Nice to have: formal sales methodology experience, healthcare IT/RCM/EHR familiarity, and sales enablement certifications.
