  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
  • Prior experience managing government contracts is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relations skills
  • High proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to type and compose professional emails and documentation independently.
  • OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, QCM, and First Aid/CPR certifications strongly preferred..
What you'll do as the Director of Construction:
  • Manage and mentor project managers.
  • Ensure PMs are delivering on scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to strengthen the project management team.
  • Handle escalated issues and concerns with professionalism and consistency.
  • Assist with subcontract negotiations and high-level problem resolution.
  • Help position the company for repeat business and positive government evaluations.
