This position is site.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Duplicate software using the VinPower Digital Shark Duplicators for release and testing softwareLabel software using the Epson Disc ProducerPackage software based on customer and FedEx requirementsShip software per the release requirementsTrack all packages that leave the building including their tamper evident number, tracking number, and delivery date/signature information (requires excel)Once releases are shipped, send an email notification to all recipients that includes the technical directive and summary of changes information, add to the tracking documentCommunicate with customers as they email/call related to their packagesFollow-up with FedEx as necessary while packages go missing or are not scanned into their systemEnsure a claim is put in where needed to track these discrepanciesUpdate the master list for address and quantity requirements per location based on emails/phone calls receivedTake inventory and put in orders with customers for office/blank media needs and take part in weekly meetingsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma6+ years of experience relating to producing/duplicating software discs, labeling, shipping and tracking of software productsExperience providing customer service communications via email and phoneProficient with MS OfficePreferred Qualifications:Associates degree in a Technical or Logistics disciplineExperience in Software Configuration ManagementExperience using VinPower Digital Shark Duplicators or similar equipmentExperience with shipping, and tracking using FedEx.Experience in filing FedEx claims for missing packagesExperience with entering data into databases and spreadsheetsClearance Requirements:US Citizenship required and must be able to start with an Interim Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret ClearancePhysical Requirements:Tasking is primarily computer basedThe person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PCMANTECH International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at
